Rockland Epi-Plus™ Antibodies-组蛋白修饰抗体


Rockland的高特异性Epi-Plus™抗体可识别经过修饰的组蛋白和相关的细胞靶点，并通过多种检测方法进行验证。Epi-Plus™抗体对这种修饰是特别灵敏和特异的，并且对相同位点或该蛋白其他氨基酸的其他修饰没有交叉反应。免疫荧光显微技术（IF）、免疫沉淀（IP）、染色质免疫沉淀（ChIP）、免疫组织化学（IHC）和蛋白印迹（WB）的分析验证了Epi-Plus™抗体的有效性。


翻译后修饰（PTM）如组蛋白的甲基化、乙酰化和磷酸基化等都是调节基因表达调控、DNA修复、染色体凝缩和精子形成的关键部分。许多蛋白质已经被确认形成了复合物，能够调节组蛋白修饰。这个多组件的细胞机器被称为“读者、作家和橡皮擦”。这些组蛋白修饰复合物的功能变化被认为破坏了组蛋白标记的结构和水平，从而解除了基于核染色质的过程控制，最终导致致癌转化和癌症的发展。与此一致的是，组蛋白PTM的异常模式与大量的人类恶性肿瘤有关。Rockland提供了针对大多数修饰和修饰对的抗体。
