Procedure:
Rabbits were immunized with E-tag peptide
conjugated with KLH. After multiple
immunizations in Freund’s adjuvant, serum was
collected. Antibodies were immunoaffinitypurified
using the peptide immobilized on a solid
phase. The antibodies were then conjugated
with Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC).

Specification:
Prior to conjugation, the antibodies were
analyzed by ELISA and Western blot. Molar F/P
ratio = 3.6.
Format:
Liquid. Purified antibody in PBS, pH 7.0 with
0.2% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide.
Storage and Stability:
Store at +4°C.
